My farm fabrication business can’t compete

Looks like everyone is sucking on the government’s tit except for me...that explains a lot.

What avenue is the funding being delivered through?

Grants? Loans? Aren't some of these established businesses?

Stop all useless grants now. Really when did any farm get anything like those numbers. FM.

You can even add up the phong baloney discount on crop insurance and Ag Stab their share never close to those.

None of those handouts are for primary producers....but count in the programs as such....farmers are not getting the help they need....

Perfect example is the fire on the west of province ....should have been automatically funded.....instead it was excused by the ag minister saying they were insurance losses....

Guys are borrowing money to get thru out that way.... no grants like the businesses above...

It's quite annoying....and shows the disrespect governments have for producers...

Gotta wonder, where's the accountability for public funds? It's a crock!

I hear you I have been trying to compete with the welfare cowboys in Alta for the last 50 yrs , I finally gave up the cows ,not the fight there are many cowboys that recieve app 50 mill/ yr just to graze there cows for a pittance of app 4 mill rent. I thought it would change after a change of gov but I guess graft runs deep.

I'm involved in two IRAP funded projects...

It's designed to fund new ideas we can export to make money...

Not a bad idea but they get abused. A lot. And have no oversight.
