It's done in the states to avoid international grain theft....in Canada no one in power gives a shit....

I think the CDN government should buy the port of Churchill and the line servicing the port and run it like a business renting out space to farmers or small grain companies. Would be worth it just as a check and balance and I dont think they would lose money doing it.
