    Seems that something is changing for the first time in a year. We have had storms that drop moisture over Regina and gets us across the valley.

    Montana lows. Now today over the top and down even if Saskatoon radar is down.

        Yes Cabo and Florida will be warm this winter and dryer. Manitoba and east will get some extra moisture and i think BC Mountains.
