        Thank you America! In Canada, we can't do anything. The BC natives have spent 13 years working on LNG so that their people could move ahead. Now thetree huggers are denying them hope for the future. Shameful!

                  I feel badly for the progressive native chiefs and can empathize with their frustration. On one hand white men incessantly badger them about sucking off the taxpayer tit and then when they try to do something substantial to become self-sufficient, their efforts are quashed. A lot of natives want to change the status quo and I know a few that have cast off the chains, but the bottom line is that in most cases their families own nothing, the reserve was their designated home and they don't even own the roof over their head. Education is their only hope for a new beginning in a white world.
