    Have you checked your wheat?

Bugs are out in full force around here. It’s gnarly. People seem to be worrying about their canola and meanwhile the wheats taking off!

Last two weeks 3 loads got rejected due to rusties of the stuff we're trucking.

Not just wheat. One load was barley

Yeah. Tonnes. Catching people off guard as they aren’t expecting them so early.

Not sure why we can't buy phostoxin without a license ....

Peas have to be fumigated for no good reason but getting something simple like phostoxin is a pain
          ....

And with as long as most grain stays in storage it could be done at elevators or rail cars....10 days is a minimum length in a rail car.....

And I think cleaners will get get rid of them as well....

Thanks for the heads up Blaithin, time to run the fans again for a day or two on one of these cold sunny days.

We treat every load at harvest and try to take the tops off the bins once it gets cold.

Do you use diatomaceous earth or malation dust?
