That would be the modus operandi of "communitarianism", the cleansed name for what we formerly knew as communism/ Marxism.

Since the material or economic failure is still fresh in our memories, we needed a new name for it to make it saleable.

The end result will be the same-your property and rights will be stripped from you by the edict of the "useful idiots" / proletariat. Which, of course, just happens to have the same goals as the power mongers who guide them with propaganda.

Yes I do. But the way this is worded every project wether it's a bypass or a power plant or a new oil battery can and will be challenged by special interest groups far removed from the actual project.

The way it is right now you need to show you will be affected to be able to intervene.
