My monitor turns on but freezes and wont perform any functions, has any had any success in repairing these? I only use it to plug into a cable and don't utilize the wireless capabilities , is there a cheaper model available ?

Check with your dealer, I was told that. They can upgrade you to using a smart phone for no cost if the monitor gives trouble. -
Take your batteries out and check for volts. My rechargeable batteries wont hold a charge very long and need replacing. When they are alittle low in volts the monitor does wonky things.Comment

Download the integris software off of opi's website. From that program, you can update your monitor.This will work if it's a software glitchComment

Sometimes the batteries terminals are corroded as well.
This happened to me and the dealer exchanged it for a newer model.Comment
