Both radisson and bethune down since before the wind storm. They plan on fixing them or sask just doesn't matter.

It takes carbon tax dollars to fix it but we're just not ready yet (to bend over and pay up).

They are installing solar power on them , should be back up and running when the sun returns on the spring equinox.... lol

There is a major upgrade happening at the Radisson site. New fibre optics plowed in last fall and now they are building a second tower beside the original. One would hope it means better service when it is finished; looks like it’s going to take a while yet.

Hopefully Bethune's radar station is next.....it seems to go down too often.

Isn't there a federal(Environment Canada) initiative to upgrade the radar across the country? Couldn't be soon enough for me.

I thought Sumdumguy and Ralph Goodale would have had it upgraded by now!
