Yes either the BASF Rep will be gone or the Bayer rep will be gone.

Farmers loose in these deals always do.

      Competition bureau is Bullshit.

How is this good for farmers?

See, this is a good example of people speaking with absolutely no knowledge of the industry.

BASF doesn't sell seed. So SF3, why would they get rid of employees they don't have?

Two things as a farmer with the changing landscape I was happy to hear that these products went to a company that really wasn't in that space already.
As far as losing a rep I wouldn't even know if our Bayer rep left cause I didn't even know we had one .

No way they keep double the workforce buddy. Half them will hit the streets.

Tweeter another good example of how out of touch you really are.

Actually have to agree with Tweety on this one....sales reps were promised 3 years of employment. They are going to need a big crew to try and maintain 60% canola marketshare in western Canada.

No group 9 resistance has insured they will maintain the 60% market share.

They will shrink the Bayer reps areas and in turn increase sales targets and boom you won't have to wait 3 years to cull the herd.

Liberty has 60% market share.....if you shrink the reps areas aren't they making room for more reps? BASF has a shit load of other products so they aren't going to eliminate their sales force.
