For altering a waterway. Having a rough week.

Follows in the footsteps of Bernie Weins of Rosetown ex NDP ag minister who was sued for the same thing.

People said they've seen Bill shopping for new suits. I would suggest vertical stripes.... they make you look slimmer..... Mind you replace one of the "m"s with an "i" and that is even a more accurate description!

Some people always look better in striped suits!

like Boyd would do time for anything.

remember how much the rail roads paid for costing us billions
        zippo
same kind of thing would happen with boyd .

        protected.

these charges are , a distraction
this sounds like look at this over here
not at the land deal. not at the sask . party

convenient time to get rid of the one and only bad apple in the sask. party

the almost biblical sacrifice of boyd and subsequent slap on the wrist.

probably nothing compared to what he may have pocketed.

you would almost think all this was scripted.
to give the party hope for the next election.

as lame as it is it , is a pretty good bet it might work.

and if sask . voters reelect this crew , after wall sells 49 % of the crowns off
after promising not to sell them .

the people of this province should get exactly , what they voted for
own absolutely nothing and pay rent on a spot to park our mobile home .
or the legislature building . what ever .
        that is the Conservative way

you get the Govt. you deserve , according to the sask. party ( or what ever the electable name is today)
        we do not deserve much.

Wonder what a full Revenue Canada tax audit would come up with.
Where there is fraud it should be mandatory

Some people's tax audits would be as straight forward as a box of uncooked spaghetti. ..all lined up, arranged in a neat package. "His", would probably be like that spagetti cooked and stirred together on a plate as a huge tangled mess...almost impossible to follow one strand from one end to the other...intertwined together. That's even assuming everything is accounted for.

Someone should audit this whole ****ing mess and all the players behind it.....

The landlord ....the water agency....etc ....you just don't decide to build a pumpsite on the south Saskatchewan river without someone knowing about it....

I tried to put a dugout on a creek for future use while the trackhoe was working on an approved DU water backflood project....they shut the whole ****ing thing down the next day....

This is over bill Boyds head ....this has a lot of gears on this wheel.....

my guess would be he got some kick back from his landlord like reduced price to buy his land. That could never be proved as a crime.
