We are between Medicine Hat and Lethbridge and several dry land peas, lentils and wheat are dead ripe. It is surprising the number of fields of lentils, hilly pastures from Swift Current on and all the way through Alberta. They all look shorter than heck and about half-podded. Some are turning.
