    grain prices sask balcarres

This was balcarres Cargill so what comes off the price to get on farm price.
    The $245 needs freight deducted?
Plus freight into elevator and other check offs I think you call them.
So this gets delivered into a elevator then onto train or direct onto train.
Just comparing here in oz were currently $250 less $30 to get on farm price.
Domestic bids fraction higher say $5 per tonne. Drying trend continueing here.

    Bid
    01/01/2018 - 01/31/2018 delivery
    MWH18
    224.04
    21.24
    245.28 flat price
    6.10
    0.58
    6.68

Yes that sounds correct. It is the price at the elevator's pit minus quality and checkoff deductions.

Freight to coast, elevation and cleaning is no longer shown in any pricing since the ending of the CWB. Most grain is priced at the elevator(farmer pays trucking to get it there) but some speciality crops like Mustard are priced at the farmers bin.

Maybe west coast price is seller quote and local price is buyer one. Could make a difference.
