CPC confirm support for Paris Accord

I see on Tuesday night the Government asked the House of Commons if they support of the Paris accord following Trump's withdrawal. Nearly unanimous support - when it came to the vote only one Conservative member stood opposed.

In other bad news for the Alt-Right Ezra Levant gets sent packing again.
"The Supreme Court of Canada has dismissed a request to hear an appeal of a lower-court libel ruling against right-wing commentator and self-described provocateur Ezra Levant.

The plaintiff in the case was Khurrum Awan, a lawyer based in Saskatchewan who successfully sued Levant for defamatory comments. Levant, founder of Rebel Media, was ordered to pay $80,000 in damages and remove the libelous material about Awan from his personal website – a decision the Ontario Court of Appeal upheld in January this year."

This pretty much sums up Levant:
“I find that the defendant’s dominant motive in these blog posts was ill-will, and that his repeated failure to take even basic steps to check his facts showed a reckless disregard for the truth.”

That would be your fake news lol.

GF would you have predicted Jeremy corbins success in this election and watching live coverage hes a outside chance to become pm but they seem to doubt it.

And the Scottish party has taken a fair hit and seems hes picked up a lot of those seats

Looks like both the CPC and good ole Brittania will commit suicide in the same week. Will be an interesting evening.

When the CPC allows people like Chong to not only be an MP, but to run for the leadership, you know the party has a problem. Lots of praise for Cheryl Gallant to stand up and show some conviction, and an Ontario MP of all things!

Thinking maybe Western CP MP's are selling out the country as fast as Drama Boy. No vote for them here in 2019 - they just proved as a party they are no different from the Liberals or NDP.

15444, I agree on the CPC. They won't get my vote next election. Western MPs don't seem to have a backbone, or care about their constituents. I'm going to give our MP an earful.

The sad part is, except for the destructive carbon taxing (taxing NOT pricing) the Paris Accord was basically agreed to (in targets) by the Harper government. They're all nuts for marching to the UN's Marxist tune.

Grass. you seem more concerned about what the conservative party is doing or isn't doing, why is that? How come your not concentrating on the ruling party? Do you agree with everything the liberals are doing?

Mallee, Its a strange one in Britain for sure. Conservative leader Cameron thought he'd call the bluff of the population over Europe and lost triggering Brexit. May, his replacement, in a pure act of political opportunism called an election based on the certainty that Labour under Corbyn was unelectable. Labour won't win but they'll likely remove her majority. Seems voters are voting against politicians not for them nowadays. Corbyn is a dinosaur from a trade union background, typical of the unelectable real socialist types of the Thatcher era. Good news from Scotland though - any time the SNP get a kicking is a good day. Again I'd say it's a vote against the SNP rather than for Labour. Nicola Sturgeon the only woman that wants NO to mean YES.

Stonepicker, it was a news item. Don't need to agree with what anyone else may or may not be doing to be allowed to comment on a news item.
I notice neither you nor any of the other Levant supporters are springing to his defence. Seems to be a common theme at the moment - advertisers deserting him, supporters deserting him.
Did you notice that the Crown has dropped assault charges against the man accused of "assaulting" Sheila Gunn Reid at a women's rally in Edmonton? Another day, another Rebel fail.

typical grassfarmer in style and and substance...attack/bully/discredit the right...ignore the obvious left bias, loss of trust and credibility of traditional media. I, along with a lot of other people it seems appreciated and admired Levants, Orielly, and Trump attempts to publicly raise this important issue of democracy.

Really, grassy, you need THIS explained to you?

Levant's appeal outcome had nothing to do with any "news" - he got his butt handed to him for expressing an unpopular opinion. An opinion, in fact, that many others share, but certainly will be reluctant to express. It's a prime example of PC censorship.

You want an example of fake news - Who is Becky Anderson? Go look up CNN's staging of the "Muslim protest" in London where the "reporters" were captured on video arranging the hijab-clad "protestors" in the most photo-friendly places, choosing for them the rights placards - HA, ha, ha, it was hilarious!

And then they doubled down with more lies of denial and explanations that even other media sources laughed off as completely dis-credible!

THAT is your fake news, grassyboy.

And if you are okay with Sheila Gunn Reid being shoved in the face by some little chicken-**** guy that was then hustled out of camera view by the "feminist" women who tried to shield him from the results of his violent actions, then you deserve to be asked, "Have you stopped beating your wife?"

The video doesn't lie, grassy, regardless of what some robe decided. The little twerp got mad, hit her, and then hid behind the women's skirts, LOL! At a women's rights march, of all things!

But you're okay with that, wow.

There must be a gratifying (but lazy) sense of freedom in being such a simple little ****old there grassy? Being just another one of milliooons of "useful idiots" whom Marx or Lenin or or Hitler would love to have as "citizens"?

The take-home message? Violence, lying, assaulting others - even murder (Seth Rich) is not only acceptable, but tools of the trade for the left. And you support this, grassy?

Sort of of like you are with the NDP of the past in Saskatchewan or Notley, instead of your buddy Bradley (can do no wrong) Wall.

The CPC vote in favour of the Paris Accord is proof that many of the human caused climate change deniers on Agriville are a small and isolated group of extremists who can't even find a voice in the CPC. Face the facts, your arguments are lame and no one supports your anti science wacko conspiracy theories.
