Coming to a country near you! Nothing wrong with protecting mother nature but are we not permitted and caught up in enough bureaucracy already. We have the headwaters of a river on our home quarter and I dread the day when I get some eco idiot out here making more rules for me.

All these idiots that want to tell everyone else what to do and save the world yet they got no problem putting asphalt and urban sprawl over millions of acres of good farmland lost forever.

Remember when your signing affidavit at elevator and what you are signing. Not just a piece of paper you are taking responsibility and could cost you a fortune. Wven if not your fault no safe guards left for farmers.

Here in Ontario, the various counties are working to introduce their respective "Natural Heritage Plans" at the direction of the Provincial Policy Statement (PPS). These plans include completely unrealistic restrictions on farming/development activity around certain designated lands.

The provinces all have their own PPS, which is written at the direction of ICLEI, a Marxist org under mandate from the UN (naturally).

            http://www.iclei.org/about/who-is-iclei.html

So this isn't just about California - it's coming to a field near you.

Indeed, it's coming to your field.

We (Huron-Perth Landowners Association) have slowed the process right down in our local county but are not under any illusions about the scope of our battle.

The world slides toward a Marxist regime with the full blessing of those on this forum who think a drama teacher makes a great leader and that carbon is a pollutant.
