              Don't want to steer anyone in wrong direction but apparently if you use Chemicals such as peppermint etc that make the tick puke out the poisonous material and makes situation worse. Best just get them off old fashion way.

                We use natural essential oils on the German Shepherd. She hasn't had a one knock on wood. Key is to not be a chince.

                  Guess I should clarify. To keep
                  Them off essential oil may very well
                  work as partners does.
                  But once they are on and digging apparently not good time to make them sick.

                  Will try the tea tree oil etc though. Don't like all the other chem use.

                      Had a friend take two twin pure breds to the vet for a spring tick shot. Both got deathly ill one died. Ill stick to peppermint and tea tree oil thanks.
