Paid $29 of course who get the two cents shopkeeper I presume, guess there argument is if it was 28.96 would have got rounded to 28.95 balances out.
Would add up at big supermarket conglomerates.
1 and 2 cents pieces phased out here oh maybe 5 years ago even longer.Sorry for such a trivial topic.
