AFSC and spring harvest

Just wondering whats happening with adjusters etc. I heard second hand yesterday that if the standing crop is more than 3" high it must be harvested, supposedly guy near Stettler had 3.5" high crop so has to combine it. I won't burn a crop so the combine is the best option but I'd just as soon open the concave and blow it out (I think, I'll see if the wheat makes feed but I'm gonna seed what I can before ****ing around with last years wreck again)
Anybody have knowledge to share?

My condolences to anyone dealing with something like that. Then there's the "value" thing to top it off. I guess insurance wants to reduce their indemnity to you at any cost......"your cost"!
