        newguy....observations:

        Zero dust.
        Front tires on drill behind tractor tires picking up some wet ground.
        Other tires on the front of drill are clean.

        Are you actually seeding or playing around. Where about are you and if you're seeding what would you be putting in on April.15...pulse?
