Lately all kinds and vintages if cars on the road without daytime driving lights. Why is this law not being enforced? Those lights make a big difference! Those lights decrease accidents-that's what we were told.

DTRL do not put your tail lights on in poor visibility anyways. Still up to nut behind the wheel.

So are the ones that don't put their tail lights on in bad visibility the same ones that keep their high beams on when meeting you at night?

Dunno. Followed a lot of wives, daughters, seniors, whatever in pea soup or whiteout and could not see them until too close.

In whiteout conditions. would it scare the pants off you if vehicles had rear DTRLs?

Outlaw led rear lights, especially on trailers. No heat generated so snow that blows and sticks on lamps does not melt. Just a few miles of driving on snowy roads and led tail lamps are no longer visible. Severe problem when combined with falling snow or fog. Might as well have no tail lights as led lamps when driving in snow or on snowy roads
