In some areas of SK the spot price offered for #1 13.5 hasn't averaged much better than $6.
If quality comes in better for 2017 and the dollar doesn't go a bunch higher some improvement in price should be seen. I wouldn't be surprised if that forecast is not too far out if you're talking spot price.

I hope for the sake of G3 that they don't pay Ward too much as not too much new ground was broke in that report. Pretty much could have guessed that for free.
