Only in Canada! They have to save their money in Canada so they can golf, eat out, and enjoy life with their fellow snowbirds down south during the winter. Sort of like a bear, they live off their savings all winter but are grouchy all summer while trying to budget for their next hibernation down south.

This was in the works long before trump. I don't see why anyone here would have a problem with the u.s. stays for 55+ going to 240 days. It's good business for the southern states.

You will see that pretty where anywhere you go in Arizona, Alaska, texas, etc etc etc. I had to look twice the first time I saw that in phoenix, then the guy that was driving us said that he had a 9mm under his seat. I think this is a good thing for the senior citizens.

It gives them more freedom to travel and vacation longer if they choose to......they deserve it after paying income tax for over four decades.
