Yes they grow it in SK. It was introduced in my area of SK (Kamsack) by a local fellow about 20 years ago. A few people started growing it , as well as a few organic growers. The guy then started a processing plant here in Kamsack, called Northern Quinoa. The demand for quinoa slowly grew, and the guy moved the processing plant to Saskatoon, were I believe it still is.
