I was just curious to see how many people on here actually looked into what kind of crap our governments are negotiating

Agenda 21 (not 2015.... it's Agenda 21) and it's replacement, Agenda 2030 are a blue print to destroy the western way of life and "equalize" the world.

Nothing new, that's what the UN is there for, and countries sign on and then forget about it... But, today we have world leaders like Mr. Trudeau, Ms. Wynne, Ms. Notley, to name a few Canadian examples who actually embrace this garbage.

We are shutting down coal plants, bankrupting mines, and killing towns, while the world is building thousands of new coal fired power plants. Clean coal exists contrary to what the media says.

We are taxing ourselves on carbon... in a country that is a net sink for carbon... In order to give billions to the developing world to become more "sustainable"... keyword, wealth export.

Naiomi Klein said it at the GLI... the true reason for the climate change doctrine: "At its heart is the argument that if we take the imperative to rapidly build a post-carbon economy seriously, we have a once-in-a-century chance to transform our economy to make it far more equitable, so that it works for many more people"

It's a once-in-a-century opportunity to take from all who are wealthy (And let's face it, even working poor in Canada are wealthy... compared to undeveloped countries). And give to all those that are poor, and at the same time create a one-world government.

I questioned our MP on 2030 and he didn't even know it existed... I sometimes wonder why we even have MPs, they don't seem to know how the world functions.

It disturbs me that JT is a huge UN cheerleader and is deeply involved with that group .
Very disturbing when one looks at the goals of Agenda 21 and 2030.

If you want some idea of the kind of push behind Agenda 2030, take a look at this link.

        https://y2y.net/

"We must build a coherent view of what the 21st century ought to look like, and at the heart of that must be wild nature." So says Harvey Locke, founder of the Yellowstone to Yukon Conservation Initiative (Y2Y), in the January/February 2017 issue of Canadian Geographic

This is the kind of thinking that drives Agenda 2030.

These people are coming for our land and they are gradually taking it over by regulation.

Your silence is taken as consent. It is unlawful, undemocratic and outright thievery.

It can only take place as we quietly sit back and let our municipal councils nod their heads in agreement to what they are being fed from the top down, starting with the UN.

They could never accomplish their objectives by coming through the legitimate parliamentary system so they are taking the back door approach, conquest by regulation. This seems to be the preferred method by the so-called "progressives" among us.

How many Albertans know about this?

Issues like this raise the question, do politicians and policy makers do thing which are obviously not in their citizens or economies best interest because they are corrupt and being paid to do so, fear for they and their families safety due to threats, or just ignorant and gullible?

There are far more people at the un who want to be "included" than those who already are.
Big boys give it lip service to get their way politically. While the minions drink the kool aid.
Income levelling is only one dream. A world where only soldiers have weapons another. I'm sure their list is long.

I don't have any problem with the Y2Y stuff burnt posted. Makes perfect sense to me - protection of the environment, particularly the water should be priority #1. Don't see where they are trying to steal any land. The AB Government tightening up on what is allowed on public land but the organisation BUYING private land that is in their target area. They are rightly against the Site C dam in the Peace country along with most of the locals and the farm community.

Not nearly as concerning as the AB land bills, particularly Bill 36 introduced by the previous PC Government that were unprecedented in a western democracy that essentially removed all rights from Alberta landowners.
