      hopefully it's worth him leaving and get someone that will turn around things like building new rails but I doubt it.

          The way I read that was he left that amount on the table in order to exit early from CP and was on to his next client. The 118 million were stock options.

              The railways objective is max return to shareholders. Next ceo will be no different, cut costs and raise rates. If grain doesnt move in with winter they will move it when they feel like.
