A good interview but I think it's too early to speculate too much. I do agree with the livestock comments and the US dairy complex had begun lobbying quite a while back. Unless things have changed and I'm not aware of it, the Governors of the Dakotas actively campaigned against Canadian grain exports entering their States and their infrastructure. Could come up again.

A lot of corn and other farm products come this way and our grain heading south is often the back-haul. How much equipment comes up from the US? I think the reciprocity and trade relationships are historically valuable to both sides and doubt if the new government will fiddle with it.
