                On my phone it doesn't stay at the default that is set....it keeps going back to most recent tbread....

                            Cookies.....
                            Mobile devices do not store cookies very well so your phone forgets where you have been and when returning to a web site it doesn't know who you are

                            Not sure about the crashes, could try Chrome browser if not using it now
