    John Deere parts

Who else has noticed that John Deere bearings and other parts are now made in China or India? I was surprised when I started looking closer.

I think I saw New Hollands were from somewhere in Eastern Europe...Czechoslovakia? or something. Go to Applied Technologies and get them.... unless they are proprietary or Applied doesn't have them in stock....your stuck paying more for something "questionable"?

I debated about using Daido or Reynolds chain last time on my Baler before deciding it was more convenient to get it pre-cut and OEM.
Cheap Chinese piece of crap came in a JD box.
I asked the parts man if he knew and he said it all met spec.

            "Diamond a farmers best friend"

Any of the aftermarkets are better than CNH precut chain. Chain was shot in 15 hours. Maybe even princess auto Powerfist lol.

The mark up on the junk parts from China must be astronomical.
At least if you had a choice from cheap junk and actuall quality JD, Case, or Agco parts , but they are all following the same path.
Price gouging in all of Ag is out of control.

The reset will not happen as along as the world is a wash in cheap money. If they take away the punch bowl than things may have a chance to reset but not until than.

                  Iceman out

makes you crazy, when they cheap out like that.
new rem grain vac, had 1 50 chain 18 inch long.
and they could not put a quality chain on it for 20 some thousand $

certainly not worth the hassle of a warranty claim.
you would just like to kick some one
