    Australian Harvest update

Harvest australia wide may be at 1 or 2% mark normal.

Yields in West Australia and South Australia exceptional, some frost in WA but record crops in other areas will make up shortfall.

We are at least 2 weeks away here maybe 3 a lateish start for us. Would suggest will be a awful lot of malt barley around and spread between malt and feed will narrow.

Canola also very very good not sure if record yeilds but still big.

My wife travels to a freind in victoria has done for 15 years this time of year a 6 hour drive and commented she has never ever seen crops as good. Victoria is a grain bowl in good years.

Canada finally finishes harvest and australia gets going full tilt suggest pressure on markets one would think.

And corn and bean harvest stateside must be winding up?

After a terrible harvest season here in western Canada , some may want to relocate to Aussie land lol
there are areas here still with snow from Oct 3rd -4th.
This will go down as one of the toughest harvests in history for some .
Hope things turn out Mallie , good luck.
The forecast here is like Trudoodoo predicted "sunny days ahead" - time will tell but November is a day a way.

Post some nice sunny day photos of harvest as we haven't really seen the sun shine for close to a month.

We have missed most of the big down pour rains and snow since october hit. still getting rain but mostly light mist that delays and delays. Still ground saturated from all the summer rain.
