    Flying Rats.....

Not marketing and more than understandably not even on some other people's radar.

We are cleaning up equipment for storage. Leave a piece of equipment outside and it becomes a perch for what seems to be hundreds of shitting sparrows. They're in engine compartments or anywhere where they think might make a good winter home.

    Leave a shed door open.....

Anyone have an effective "control" measure? (There's got to be a spray for them, right hobby?)

Yard/ bins must be clean, no old places to perch and keep sheds closed. Never have a problem. Also have nesting kestrels, they clean them out and unfortunately other song birds. Crows and ravens and magpies = less sparrows. Lots of chickadees though.

sumdumguy.... it will have to be "8 and 40 sparrows baked in a pie" instead of 4 and 20 blackbirds to make it worthwhile.... otherwise it may only be a tart!

At least we don't have a pigeon problem. But those useless sparrows! Time to get rid of some old buildings that might be nesting habitat. We tend to keep the storage sheds closed most of the time to discourage nesting in them. But winter is coming and everything is looking for a place to stay!

I have no old buildings but leave the shed doors open and those little bastards find their way in immediately. Dirty birds
