He came across as a blathering idiot in the latter half of the debate, while I thought she came across as a smug, mocking bully. Neither looked presidential. I thought I was watching a junior high girl bitch session. What Trump has going for him is that he is not a career politician. I think most people are getting sick and tired of the elites running things (Brexit for example). Trump may still win in spite of himself.

Don't think he has a hope, still think it's a hoax. As if Trump isn't part of the same old boys club, the elitism you talk of. Been big chums with the Clintons over the years, supporting all the things he supposedly hates about them now. Part of me still thinks its a set up - by Clinton and Trump to make sure "their" side wins. Put up a clown like Trump ensures a certain victory for Clinton. I think that's a more credible explanation than Trump expecting to be seen as a serious candidate.
