    Dakota Weather Consultants Weather Post for Aug 19, 2016

    Good Evening,

    Well the active weather is about to get turning on all sides now these next couple of weeks, with hurricanes setting the stage, severe weather to continue through the Northern US and Southern Canada, along with that a hint of snow may fall over parts of the higher elevations of the Canadian Rockies. Seasons first frost advisory has been issued for parts of Wyoming as well.

    This week we will be watching closely for a hurricane to develop possibly right behind TS Fiona, this system will need to be watched is you live anywhere from South Carolina to the Gulf Coast of the US for possible impacts around the end of the month.

    Severe weather will push through the Northern Plains and Southern Canada next week with the 22-26th being a highlight time period for heavy rains as well for parts of these regions.

    I appreciate the heads up on the forecasted weather but I had a chuckle when your last words were ( enjoy the weather) with such a bad forecast. lol
