    Rain of a different kind.

Are we just about done with the thunderstorm season and moving into the other type of rain....the two or three day drizzly misty shit that soaks things to their core..... not much accumulation with those events but they are dynamite for susceptible crops ready for harvest. Farming...you go to love it or ?

Back I can't remember when we had a year like this but hot and humid the fricking barley had sprouted standing.
When you were combining you could see shoots growing on the heads.

Mist for days is a real killer.

Yes was 2005, HOT and misty, beautiful ripe standing barley sprouted to worthless feed, our LAST try at barley lottery, never looked back. This year's second green growth has destroyed more dreams ...yuk
