    Weird Sky

Strange stuff going on tonight - these beautiful coloured clouds as the sun started to go down. Now in the direction they went there are blue clouds with multiple bolts of lightening behind them but no thunder. Clouds seem just parked there not going away or getting closer.

    ...

There was a tornado south of Riding Mountain Park. Crazy weather today. At least we didn't get hail this time, but once again haying is stalled out.

One pissy little remnant cell of a larger not very intense dissipating system had to hit us at 3:15am.....so much for an early attempt at harvesting peas. Grrrrrrrrr.

Regarding the pictures.....awesome! As a form of flattery, the beauty Mother Nature seems to create so effortlessly can only be copied by the hand of man, for man himself is her creation....and all his attempts are governed by Her laws of nature.

Nice catch grassfarmer. Just like some sunsets...the beauty of the intense vibrant colors sometimes only lasts minutes.

Nice picture of a awesome Canadian sky.

This storm yesterday was heading to Melville and had hail. Took some more of the 2016 crop.

grassfarmer... it just keeps getting better now that I was able to see them on my desktop computer, did you notice the birds in the first picture? One almost in the middle of the pic and the other to the upper right of that? Once again... nice catch!
