    Its starting to Roar!

Hail and rain hit Regina this morning at around 6.45 nothing much for hail but pea size and it is now moving NE toward the valley.

Heavy rainfall for areas in the Lentil country and Also Canola country as it swings back to Yorkton.

Ah the crop just keeps getting bigger he says with Tongue firmly planted in cheek.

    Yea its a bin buster.

Tomorrow I will have my prediction for final numbers of this years harvest from a farmers prospective not some A$%hole in a tower or on a phone to 50 friends who always have the highest yields and the best under ground storage a man can find.

Would you say that the area of Kndersley to Outlook to Moose Jaw is the majorest lentil-growing area in SK? 2 more inches of rain predicted for that area today. Need to do lentil tour soon. Yes, we have lots of skin in the game.

just got 1.5" in 20 minutes with hail at the start. Hail was marble sized but no wind ,it came straight down. west side of Lake Diefenbaker...

And now it's drawing a bead on the Allan area. Shotgun technique looks like.

Kindersley/Leader on Radar at 4:20. The satellite is showing system north of Dieenbaker and across the province. Yikes, who needs that now in lentil country? Its a muggy hot system. Yikes, get your hardhats.

Some people have no "luck" dodging bullets. By the radar i watch, even SF3 seems to be a regular targeted for systems and cells that pass by to the north us. We got very little so far but is sure windy now.
