    Grain markets 👎

The heat dome never set up in the mid west , next leg down ?
May not be much fun this winter .

    Why not...
Gonna be a long wait for better prices then.

Only thing we did wrong this year is spend to much on the crop. Next year will be much different.

The snake oil salesman better find a different profession, and soon.

Farmers are too nearsighted, its not just grain markets going down. It also metals, energies and others. The down turn will correct after the US election. There is too much uncertainty in this upcoming election. Trump will build walls and tear up trade aggreements. Clinton will help the poor and up the taxes for the rich. Uncertainty will drive markets down every time. After the election is over the investors will know where to direct the money. This will get better but not till after the new year.

It's looking like this year will be an example where good grain storage and temperature cables will pay for themself.
Whatever hasn't been contracted already might have to stay in bins until March-August....or longer.

Maybe wheat will require a birthday in the bin?

On the positive side fuel and fertilizer will be cheaper.

Prices are so low already that the markets should just say ZERO...we don't want or need any...

            What a insult to farmers..
