    New Year's Resolution

I think I'm going to focus on health goals this year. Again. I did a 240k bike ride/fund raiser in the middle of harvest last year that just about ended me. I will be taking training more seriously this year. I plan on doing at least one sprint triathlon which is a 750m swim, 20k on the bike and a 5k run. What are the rest of you hoping to accomplish?

    a 750m bike ride lol!

    j/k good for you crusher.

I would like to find a better balance with my family. So much going on these days, time just flies. Need to find a balance between work, pleasure, family time, wife time, kid time.

    All the best in 2015!

No resolutions. I have everything I need/want. I live in a dream home. I can buy anything I want. More money is being printed for me as we speak. I have good health and am stronger than ever. My every wish comes true.

No resolutions. I am just truly thankful.

I wish the same for all of you.

              Braveheart,

Do you remember Red Deer and our pledge? Your Motorcycle thought brought back a memory!

              Cheers!

I've had my 2 wheel stress reliever for years. It always works too. Go for 3-4 hour ride and it just clears my head. No resolutions. Don't do them cause I know I won't keep them.

Yes tweety. I was being sarcastic. I am in reasonable shape. But no where near that level.

                    Hats off to crusher.
