I witnessed a house sale in Saskatoon 2 weeks ago. this lady bought it for 240 thousand brand new never lived in. If you enter on highway 5 its to the north within all the new construction just there is quite a variety. This house was built to sell and for the owners to have a renter to help pay cause there is 3 bathrooms but built cheap 3 levels complete but small and only one entrance. Single car garage entrance from alleyway. She bought it brand new for 240 To tell you the trueth never even cleaned it in the 5 years she owned it only tell you about that, she wanted to hire someone to put tile in the bathrooms to incease value and I new no one would do it for nothing so no leads there. Just sold it for 360 15 under the asking price. I cannot believe its so ****ing dirty. seriously.

Does not surprise me, just asked the ex and she does not know. Maybe Spring at Kings café knows something. In fact that place is also for sale at the right price.
