Picked up one of my wife's diet book and calculated
the carbs on a typical days meal plan.

Over the corse of the day it was cornflakes, fat free
    milk,sunflower seeds,tomatoes,turkey,fish,blueberry
smoothie, fish, green beans and rice, typical diet stuff
    you would expect to see.

Funny part-220 grams of carbs, laugh my f@ck&n ass
off,you can not loose weight unless your a farmer in
the early 1900's with that amount energy
    consumption.

What really ticks me off that there are such opposing views on food. It's confusing as hell. The more one reads the more confused.
If any of these accusations are true about big pharma and food processors society needs to change or add a lot of laws in the food industry. The debate on veg oils/trans fat would have extreme consequences for health and ag. Society needs the truth, but who is believable?
