There was an address , telephone number etc posted not far away. I'll bet not one person has dialed the fellow up and confirmed a single thing.

Neither have I; yet; ; but not for the reasons of the rest who haven't. Just want to see how really gullible; and how long the BS will flow before it sets up and sticks to what ever parties.

Investment in SAsk is always welcome. Some who feel they are big fish feel threatened that they soon will not be big fish anymore.

Purchasing land for the purpose of
renting to others can hardly be
              considered investing in saskatchewan.
              Investing in saskatchewan would be
building a handling or processing plant,
operating a short line railway. Selling
base resources or existing companies to
foreign interest does nothing but export
              shareholder earnings and eventually
sovereignty. I'm really getting sick of
how the word "invest" gets abused these
              days.

Perhaps Mapleleaf immigration and Maxcrop need to teach their Chinese immigrants to say the common Canadian phrase "Kiss my ass" . I think we are managing our farm business's quite well. Is that what you tell your chinese investors that we are poor managers? Welcome to free speech. Maxcrop has not always made the best of investments in agriculture pawning them off to unsuspecting Chinese immigrants pays off is suppose.

A growing econonomy gets rolling because people bring money ..money brings people and so on. Once the big wheel starts rolling it takes a bit to stop it and start it rolling the opposite direction. Funny how alot of farmers on here talk conservative when voting but but talk socialist when land investment is brought up.

Newguy, you should stop using words you
                    don't understand. You frequently misuse
                    the words economy,subsidy,socialist,
investment, policy, ect. But if you don't
setting aside your distain for farmers
and explain to this simple plow-boy how
this big wheel you as you call foreign
investment in land is beneficial to
anyone in canada, and not just rolling
over us. Hoping that driving up land
prices will drive up the price of your
house in the city is not an acceptable
                    argument in this case either.

Farmland is only one of many places people are bringing money into Sask and spending it on. Go try rent a house in Calgary or Vancouver and you will be dealing with probably be dealing with a Chinese or East Indian landlord.Small bussiness in small towns are also being bought up by new Canadians.Private investment and less government control is Conservative and Government investment and more government rules is more socilist. Funny. Just seen on US channel when most Democrates interviewed were asked about how the fiscal cliff should be handled they agreed with the Republicans policies and they never even realized it.
