    Land selling hot..... One 1/4 marginal dirt with weak subsoil, $265,000. Location next to city dump - possible future expantion. At that assesment it makes most of my dirt $300 K easily. Huh - what to do, what to do ...lol

    One 1/4 120ac cult, 35 pasture $320,000 - in good dirt but way in the fricken middle of nowhere. No oil,gas or gravel there either.

                Kinda agree with you guys on this Florida thing.
                Hard to say what is a better investment now. A property in Florida that is 80% undervalued or farmland in Sask that is 80% overvalued ?? Regardless of interest rates....
