Government owned railcars sitting unused. Are they in the process of being sold?

CPR and CNN still rule the roost. You won't see those GOC cars spotted until the railroads bloody well move them. The government could direct rail transportation but hesitate to INTERFERE with the PRIVATE SECTOR...after all we are not a COMMIE NATION.

Maybe they are all slated for the scrap yard...who knows with this government.

Could be worse, ralph malph was told the cars were worthless and damn near gave them away. Ralph, the mental giant that he is, found out that he was going to sell them for less than what it would cost to put the reflective tape on the entire fleet. sheesh!

Why not just sell them to either the railways or the grain companies or someone that knows their value and send the money back to the farmers that paid for them?
