Upside in wheat

I'm thinking about dumping my remaining wheat and buying call options. I know I will lose on any basis improvement but I work full time in the winter and it may not be at home.
Where is the appropriate exchange for CPS wheat? Chicago has the most volume but would Kansas or Minni track the actual value better?
(and do you guys think wheat has much upside?)

CPS is of a quality close to winter wheat. Kansas is where the CWB priced it. Chicago is for Soft wheats. Still Chicago often is easier to trade and has better options. With the high price of corn... this has brought lower quality wheat values up.
