With justice MacKinnon and his jan 17 reserved court decision? When I was shopping around crop production show at saskatoon a common theme was "we need to know how the court case is going to go". I got the impression there was a case of industry urgency for an early decission. No one seems to be to concerned or pressing the issue that one has not been issued yet. Does this mean his dicission is irrelevant????

John Deere does not need to build a front boom.
There is enough farmers that automatically buy
the name and green paint. Deere will end up
buying a front boom sprayer manufacturer and
then painting it green to present to farmers. Its
just business. -
