General Comments:

Corn closed 1/4 cent lower in the September and unchanged in the December. Soybeans closed 2 1/4 cents higher in the September and 1 3/4 cents higher in the November. Wheat closed 13 1/4 cents higher in the September Chicago, 22 cents higher in the September Kansas City, and 20 1/2 cents higher in the September Minneapolis. The U.S. dollar index is 0.103 higher at 74.708. December gold is $45.40 higher at $1,788.40 while December silver is $1.467 higher and December copper is $0.0610 lower. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 434 points at 10,805. September crude oil is $2.86 higher at $82.16.
