    falling number in wheat grading

    Does anyone know with the recent CGC review if falling number will be part of non-visual grading any time soon?

      Rook,

      In wheat like CPS and Hard White it is more heeded... as the visual determinations are much less critical to the grade.

      CWRS on lower grades may as well benefit... High grades... no difference any time soon!
