    CWB not offering FPC pricing Today

    Just came from the elevator and CWB is not offering values this afternoon on PPO's .

      Little wonder with U.S. wheat futures all locked limit down. The risk is that tomorrow will be more of the same so FPCs that might be priced from from 3:00 to 9:00 pm Winnipeg time today, won't be able to be hedged tomorrow or maybe the next day. These are very scary times if you're a producer or a grainco or the Board trying to short hedges in place.
