    hi nicole , I have a private message in my in box , but can't seem to do anything with it or reply ? not sure what I'm doing wrong ?

          After you've entered your message in the text box hit submit and the message will send. To confirm it's sent you can check your "Sent Items" folder. -- is that working for you?
