    What are others seeing in restart of shut in oil wells?
    Higher prices and Alberta fires might have been expected to encourage production.
    Local source says has not seen a restart yet.

      Talk here of wells coming back on stream. Family members who haul oil are now busy for a change. Husky oil come in under budget on thermal projects so there's money left over for the cold well budget. Oil at $50 works for some producers.
