    The Wildrose making a fool of themselves again proving they are just not ready - to be taken seriously,let alone to govern.

              Perhaps if Wynne had taken heed of criticism earlier, Ontario wouldn't be the basket case it is now from her idiotic mismanagement.

                  Grassfarmer there is no doubt that Derek Fildebrandt displayed an obvious lack of maturity and payed the price. What I am curious about is that as a Liberal supporter how do you feel about the fact that the Ontario Liberal's have added over 150 billion dollars to Ontario's debt since taking over from the Conservatives?

                      The biggest problem here is that Ontario will drag all of Canada down because of equalization, which is a much worse problem than an inappropriate comment.

                          Hamloc, I'm absolutely not a Liberal supporter and have little to no interest in Ontario politics. My post was to highlight the crazily amateur antics of the Wildrose in AB. They seemingly don't realise there is such a thing as parliamentary etiquette. Fildebrandt's later comments are just a side show and he has become the scapegoat for their whole idiot plan that went wrong. The original incident though saw Brian Jean among others sit banging their desks versus standing to greet a visiting dignitary from another province. As I said - just not ready to govern, not ready to be taken seriously other than by a few redneck hillbillies. Even the PCs managed to follow normal protocol when greeting a visitor to the legislature.

                                  I certainly agree that the Wildrose displayed disrespect for a visiting Premier. Still baffled.

                                  From my viewpoint they could get the point across without making asses of themselves. The differences between the Alberta NDP proposed policies and what the Ontario Liberals have done is minimal. Economically it has not worked in Ontario why do they think it will work in Alberta?
