    hired help

What's are you guy paying for your hired help and what experience do they have?

    #2
Per hour wage is irrelevant if you find the right people.
If you find someone decent pay them whatever it takes to keep them.
Like someone you don't have to tell them every last move to make for example.
Oh and if you have that person already... What's their number? I'll give them $10/hour more than they're making now lol.

Retired farmer. Knows how to farmer weld, fix most things, drives everything properly makes his own hours. $22.00/ hour plus gas. He knows more about what has to happen on this farm than I do. Usually has it figured out before I show up.
Too high of salary intereferes with pension.

26 here but its only 200 hrs a year so really nothing significant if we had to pay 30

Can i survey How many are issuing t4's?

1000 fine if caught per employee. Brother fought over a year to get it reduced to something reasonable for 1250 salary employee

Well, wasn't that question a thread killer. We're all just trading/bartering work anyway. Thats what happens when the govt wants control. (taxes)
